October 21 & 22, 2024 – Tier 2 Responding to Conflict & Harm Community Training

Restorative Practices are used to build and strengthen relationship sand respond to conflict and harm in communities and organizations. In this follow-up to PiRI’s Tier 1 training, participants will learn how to use restorative circles to respond to incidents of harm and repair relationships.

Participants will learn how to address low-level conflict using affective language and understanding root causes of harmful behavior. There will be opportunity to practice both restorative conversations and circles to repair harm, as well as learn about the process for more serious incidents of harm, including pre-conferencing and conference facilitation.

A registration fee of $250 will help support PiRI’s work in schools and the community, however cost should not be a barrier to join. Scholarships for community members and organizations are available.
