Restorative practices have proven their ability to build strong school communities, strengthen relationships among students, staff, and parents, and address problems such as bullying and violence.
We are helping neighborhoods, organizations and places of work and worship in numerous ways. Restorative practices are used to: develop respectful relationships and strengthen community, explore controversial topics, deal with conflict, and repair harm.
Partners in Restorative Initiatives helps victims, defendants and their attorneys through Community Conferences. These conferences provide a safe environment where victims can share stories and find answers, defendants can begin to make amends, and attorneys can support their clients in a process that provides an opportunity for genuine healing.
